We want you to be happy.
When you purchase a product from SOKÜ, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied you may return your item within 7 days from the day you received your order. Your return will need to be approved by SOKÜ prior to you shipping the products back to us so we can track your return properly.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received them and in their original packaging.
We will give you an RGA# for your return. The RGA# must be visible on the outside of your return shipment or the shipment will be refused. A copy of your invoice must accompany the return along with a written explanation and phone number where we may reach you.
Once your return is received, inspected, and verified your refund will be processed and your credit will be applied back to the original payment method.
If you would like to exchange the item for a different item rather than direct refund just let us know.
All returns or exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
If you receive your order with missing please notify us immediately or within 3 days of receipt, so we can correct the issue as soon as possible.
If you receive your shipment/order damaged you are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier who delivered the order. Please notify us of your damaged package as well so we may assist with your claim.
